Hello Seniors,
I always want to know a bit about the person that I am talking to when I am doing business with someone. So here is some information regarding myself.
I was born and raised in Hillsboro Or. I went to Portland State University and graduated in 1967.
I am 80 years old myself and so have an understanding of what it means to have the need for funds to retire, provide for a spouse who is also aging and allow for some financial security to carry me through my life expectancy.
I was trained originally as a social worker and worked for Multnomah County for 10 years before going into private business. Now I specialize in reverse mortgages and enjoy it so much that I will likely continue to work with seniors into my own retirement.
I have heard it said that you own your face once you reach 50 years of age, meaning that your personality and character show in the way that you look. I am not certain that this is true, but for what it is worth, here is a picture of me.
If you decide to have me help you with a mortgage, I promise that you will be treated with respect and honesty. I always feel that good Oregon courtesy should prevail, and so if you give me your phone number or invite me to your home, I will treat it as a privilege and you will never have reason to be sorry that you are working with me on a mortgage.
I hope that I get the chance to meet you and help you with your financial well-being.
Sincerely,
Dan Clark
